Info about your BBM Bikes account
How do I update the details on my customer account?
If you change your address or your name it is easy to update your new details on your account.
1. Log into your account using the your account link at the top of the page.
2. Select the My Details tab
3. Scroll down to the section you wish to update, credit card address and details are at the top, then delivery address, then email address.
4. Edit the sections you wish to update
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button
6. Your changes have now been saved
NB: You customer account details are not connected to eNewsLetter subscriptions so these details need to be updated seperately
How do I change the credit/ debit card I have registered with BBM Bikes?
1. Log into your account using the your account link at the top of the page.
2. Select the My Details tab
3. Scroll down to the section you wish to update, credit card address and details are at the top
4. Edit the sections you wish to update
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button
6. Your changes have now been saved
How do I change the email address I use with my BBM Bikes Account?
1. Log into your account using the your account link at the top of the page.
2. Select the My Details tab
3. Scroll down to the section you wish to update, your email address is near the bottom of the page after credit card address and delivery address
4. Delete the email address in the textbox and enter your new one
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button
6. Your changes have now been saved

What do I do if I have forgotten my Password?
Use the your account link at the top of the page, enter your email address and under the log in box click on the forgotten password link.
What do I do if I have forgotten the email address I used to register at BBM Bikes?
If you have forgotten your email address please contact info@bbmbikes.com and send them your full name and your full address including postcode that you registered to your account and they will be able to locate your details.
Are my eNewsletter subscription details linked to my customer account?
No the eNewsLetter subscription is a totally separate account. It only holds you email address, title, name and interest choices. If you wish to keep your details up to date you will need to do this seperately from your customer account.
